We teach you how to eat right, how to get the best nutrition in your body so you build the highest quality muscle possible and shed the unwanted body fat. Semi-private training:
- Just like the private training but with a friend or two.

Sports Training:
- For the young athlete, we will help you develop a proper fitness base that will allow you to excel in your sport.  This program is based on Functional Movement and Functional Performance. 

Team Training:
- Functional Movement Screening for the team pre/post season testing.
- Off-season training program development/ based on the screen
- In-season warmups and injury prevention plans
